The Nigerian-American yoga instructor and entrepreneur is the influencer behind Yoga by Biola and the founder of Trap Vinyasa™, the body positive, underground hip hop yoga collective. Staci Alden has been a dedicated Group Fitness Director at a large full-service luxury health club in Seattle, Washington since 2012. She oversees a team of over 115 private Pilates and Group Fitness instructors. Staci teaches, programs and hires for all 55 formats between multiple club locations and is a master Balanced Body Barre instructor.
Elizabeth Andrews has been a group fitness instructor and coach for 35 years, teaching and developing exciting classes and programming, from the southeast to the Pacific NorthWest. Elizabeth is a Master Trainer for the best companies in the movement arena, BOSU, TRX and DVRT Ultimate Sandbag, also using her gifts as a motivational speaker for companies such as Amazon, as well as writing for ACE. She has presented several times at IDEA World, IDEA West, TRX Summits, Western States Chiropractic College, and for the YMCA Summits. Her diverse experience working and teaching in the rehab field, general fitness, as well as yoga, provide a broad perspective and knowledge, in movement.
Abbie Appel is the owner of APS Appel Programming Solutions and AbbieFit Consulting. As an award-winning fitness educator and group fitness programming expert, Abbie develops and delivers programs for Schwinn Cycling, TRX Training and many other organizations.  She developed the SCW Pilates and SCW Barre Certifications and has produced and starred in over 50 fitness videos.  Abbie contributes to fitness publications such as Self, Shape, Prevention and IDEA Journal and is certified by ACE, AFAA and NASM.
Julian Barnes is a fitness industry veteran whose 40 year career includes being a competitive junior tennis player and certified professional tennis instructor; serving on the Investment Committee for the U.S. Tennis Assn; being a sponsorship sales consultant to Madison Square Garden; teaching the Fitness Marketing and Management class in the Swedish Institute’s Advanced Personal Training department; and, most recently, being the Co-Founder and CEO of Boutique Fitness Solutions (BFS), a digital media company that educates, connects and supports boutique fitness business owners to enable them to grow profitable businesses that serve the needs of their evolving fitness clients. He earned his bachelor of arts from Tufts University and he is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.

Barbie Brown is a MASHUP® Master Trainer with a background in business administration & marketing, Certified Lifestyle Coach & AFAA PT and Group Exercise Instructor. She has taught Camp Gladiator, Body Pump, Pilates, Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning, Step Aerobics, Circuit Training, Active Aging, and Kickboxing. Barbie lives in Whitehouse, TX close to DFW where she teaches several classes a week and works as a lifestyle coach. Barbie is featured on the MASHUP® app.

Jeannie Brown Johnson (“Aquagirl J”) is an internationally known, 2018 GLOBAL AWARD WINNING, certified Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) fitness professional, national continuing education provider with Triple Delight Aquatics and regional trainer with LG Total Fitness.  Jeannie’s also an ACQUAPOLE master trainer, HYDRORIDER, HYDRO BOARD and SAF AQUA DRUMS VIBES instructor, and 10 time, international AEA presenter and volunteer.  2019 DCAC and 2018/2019 Fit Rendezvous Presenter, plus, CPR/AED, Lifeguard and WSI training with the Red Cross are also on her list of credits.
Lexi Bulich – Dance has been a part of Lexi’s life since she was in the womb, literally. Her mom has owned and operated a dance studio in Pennsylvania for over forty years. Growing up a ‘dance studio’ daughter, Lexi quickly learned just how impactful dance can be on people’s lives. Fast forward to college, Lexi attended James Madison University and earned a degree in Kinesiology. She began teaching group fitness classes as a freshman to fill the dance void she was missing. Lexi loved it so much, she made group fitness a career moving into leadership roles in and after college. Currently, Lexi is the Regional Studio Fitness & Pilates Manager for the Colorado Athletic Clubs in Denver & Boulder, Colorado. Although LaBlast is her favorite format to teach, Lexi teaches Indoor Cycling and many other Group Fitness formats as part of her role in fitness. She is thrilled to be a LaBlast Master Trainer and share her passion of dance + fitness with each of you!
Medora Cesarano began teaching dance fitness over 25 years ago out of her love for dancing, coaching and choreographing.  She has worked with numerous high schools, colleges and professional teams including her time as an NBA cheerleader with the Portland Trailblazers and the WNBA hip hop squad.  Medora branded “Dance Club” as a high energy, easy to follow dance fitness format and has spread her infectious enthusiasm for dance fitness across the country and internationally including teaching in Luxembourg, Germany and Italy.  Medora is a former Lululemon Ambassador and a Presenter at the IDEA World Convention in 2014 and 2020.
Kelly Coulter is the founder and president of Fit Pros Connect, the private Facebook group for fitness professionals with over 8K members. In addition to being a fitness instructor for over 26 years, she also bootstrapped a successful online marketing agency.  Kelly lives to help gym employees become thriving online fitness entrepreneurs.
Cat DeHaven has been teaching Pilates and group fitness for over a decade. In addition to holding the title of Barre Above® Master Trainer, Cat is also a Master Trainer with the Pilates ProWorks brand. She has completed the 800 hour Romana’s Pilates Certification and several other specialty formats/programs, including Schwinn® Indoor Cycling, Trigger Point® Level 1 foam rolling and TRX. Cat lives her passion by creating unique workouts for all body types and fitness levels. She attributes her concise cuing style to her dual degrees in Communications and English Literature.
Carolyn Erickson is the President and CEO for CE Fitness Consulting LLC and is a 34 year veteran of the fitness industry. From teaching classes and training clients to multi-unit health club management, Carolyn is a former District Manager for sixteen 24 Hour Fitness locations in the San Diego area.  She also served as the Director of Sales and Business Development for Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED. Carolyn is currently the National Education Sales Director for Savvier Fitness and the Education Coordinator for Stroops. She is a master trainer for Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™, GOFLO® Trainer, Barre Above™, Tabata GX, Extreme HIIT Chaos, and Stroops®. Shannon Fable, 2013 IDEA and 2006 ACE Instructor of the Year, has spent more than two decades helping impressive brands such as Anytime Fitness, Schwinn®, Power Systems, ACE, Silver Sneakers, FIT4MOM and BOSU® as a fitness business and programming consultant.  An experienced educator, freelance writer, and certified Book Yourself Solid® Business Coach, she helps fitness entrepreneurs navigate the industry and make more money.  Fable serves on the ACE Board of Directors and is the co-founder of GroupEx PRO®, a cloud-based group fitness management tool.
Joe Fagan is a licensed property and casualty agent and the Director of Strategic Partnerships and for Insure Fitness Group. His passion is collaboration and is on a continuous mission go find like-mind companies and uncover creative ways to work together to achieve growth and build value for each other’s respective brand.
Colleen Freese developed a deep-rooted love for group fitness over 10 years ago as a student, and knew that she had found her calling as an instructor when she certified in her first specialty format. Since then, Colleen has added her ACE GroupX Certification, as well as HIGH Fitness and Balletone, and is a Master Trainer for Barre Above and Extreme HIIT Chaos.  When Colleen isn’t teaching classes, she and her husband love spending time with their two young sons, hiking, being outside (when it’s not raining), cooking, being with family, and exploring their home state of Washington.
Sonja Friend-Uhl has trained people of all ages and abilities for over 22 years. A skilled fitness programmer, Sonja holds Fitness Training Certifications with ACSM and AFAA as well as AFAA specialty certifications in Youth, Senior, and Pre-Natal Fitness. Sonja is a certified ACE Health Coach which gives her the ability to work with those in the allied health field in regards to high risk or specialized clientele. She is a registered Nutrition & Weight Loss Counselor. Following her passion for running, Sonja is USATF Coaching Certified. She has served as a high school, collegiate, club and private running coach. From 2012-2015 Sonja served as an assistant Cross-Country and Track coach at Vanderbilt University. Since August of 2016 Sonja has a served as a volunteer Track and cross country coach for FAU in Boca Raton and operates her own coaching & running education platform, www.TheRunningWarrior.com.

Sonja developed and coached fitness and personal training education programs for The Athletic Club at Weston and The Athletic Club Boca Raton while serving as their Athletic Director from 1998-2003. She received the Athletic Director of the Year Award twice during this time period. Sonja founded and operated FIT Studio – a personal training and Pilates studio in Wellington, Florida from 2004-2009. For the last 14 years Sonja has traveled the world consulting as the Lead Master Trainer for Core Health & Fitness, which includes the brands of Stairmaster, Nautilus, Schwinn, and Star Trac.

Sonja’s personal athletic achievements continue as she still competes at the national and world level. A State Champion in High School and a scholarship, record-setting runner at the College of William and Mary, she has also been a member of six (6) U.S. world teams, a 2000 Olympic Trials Competitor in the 1500m, and has launched a successful Masters Running career. She is the reigning World Record Holder in the Women’s Masters Indoor Mile (4:44.8) and the American Record Holder in the Women’s Masters 1500m (4:16.9), the Women’s Masters Outdoor Mile (4:45.68), and the Women’s Masters Indoor 3000m (9:48.23). Sonja is also a repeat National & World Masters Champion in the 800m, 1500m, & 5000m, & Cross Country.

Lauren George is the Co-Creator of the Enhanced Barre Above Program, owner of Clemson Fitness Company, adjunct faculty for Clemson University and a Master Trainer for Balletone. She has had a love for movement since a young age and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Texas A&M University and Master’s Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from University of North Texas. She was named EMPOWER! Fusion Education Partner of the Year in 2018. Lauren has had the pleasure of leading the group fitness programs at The Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center, Florida State University, and Todd Pilates and Fitness. Most of all, Lauren is passionate about helping participants understand that fitness can be FUN!
Rob Glick is the Senior Director of innovation and programming for Group Fitness, Cycle and yoga at Life Time. He was named the International Presenter of the Year by CanFit Pro and the Best Male Presenter by ECA. He holds a B.S. in exercise science, 200 HR YTT through a few different yoga trainings and has had a hand in creating many of the top programs in the industry. He is co-creator of EMPOWER! Live Fitness events, 5 Star Instructor Development program, FRC Certified and presents education regularly at many of the industry’s top conferences.
Clay Grant is the group-fitness for the Equinox Fitness Club in New York, and a master trainer for Body Bar.  A former competitor in the United States National Aerobic Championship, where he earned silver and bronze medals at the national finals, Clay has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.  A much sought-after speaker, he presents workshops and master classes in over 15 countries in Europe, South America, Central America, Asia and the Middle East.
Kim Gray is a certified yoga therapist, yoga teacher, personal trainer, and studio owner. She empowers students toward a healthier, centered life using exercise principles and yoga teachings. Kim is also a Senior Master Trainer for YogaFit Worldwide and leads yoga teacher trainings in the US and abroad.
Bryanna Harris is a lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast. She was a collegiate soccer player and 3-sport athlete in high school in soccer, cross-country and track and field. As a young adult, she realized that fitness was her passion, and continued to pursue it as a profession. In addition to being a master trainer for Barre Above® and Cardio Yoga, Bryanna currently teaches several formats including, Turbo Kick® Live, PIYO® Live, Barre Above® and Cardio Yoga. Vicki Hatch Moen has been in dance and fitness since a young age and has never stopped. After graduating from the University of Washington with degrees in Dance and Kinesiology, she moved to New York City to further her dance training and began teaching group fitness. Vicki is an ACE, AFAA & NASM continuing education provider, Balletone® Master Trainer, GFM at The SeattleGYM and co-owner of Total Body Tabata®; a HIIT(high-intensity interval training) group fitness and instructor training certification program.  Her many certifications include ACE Group Fitness and PT, Balletone®, Barre Above®, BODYPUMP®, BODYSTEP®, TRX®, Gravity® and Strong® by Zumba. Jenn Hogg became a certified instructor & trainer in 1991 while pursuing her Masters in Marketing at Northwestern University. More than 15 years later, she left the corporate grind to pursue what was clearly her lifelong passion – fitness. Stacey Lei Krauss (SLK) is the creator of CARDIOYOGAä, a willPower Method® program. An industry visionary, she pioneered the Foot Fitness category and considers Moving Meditation to be the next generation of fitness. Drawing from her studies in Shamanism, Transformative Arts, and Reiki, SLK explores layers of self-awareness through intentional movement. She earned her 500 RYT in Mysore, India, but considers herself a “fitnesschick”; having represented prominent brands as a Program Developer: Schwinn, BOSU, Peak Pilates, Nike, Vibram FiveFingers, VIVOBarefoot and Xero Shoes.
Len Kravitz, PhD, CSCS is a professor and program coordinator of exercise science at the University of New Mexico where he recently received the Presidential Award of Distinction and the Outstanding Teacher of the Year award. In addition to being a 2016 inductee into the National Fitness Hall of Fame, Dr. Kravitz was awarded the Fitness Educator of the Year by the American Council on Exercise, Just recently, ACSM honored him with writing the ‘Paper of the Year’ for the ACSM Health and Fitness Journal.
Elizabeth Lenart FEELS to exercise. She affirms not letting what we cannot do interfere with what we can do. Elizabeth believes in building a strong self from the inside out and exercising with intention. She reminds clients there is a difference between what we cannot do and what we don’t WANT to do.

With experience directing at facilities including World’s, Gold’s, Bally’s, non-profits, spa industry and even the collegiate arena, Elizabeth stays on top of industry trends and connected with other educators. She enjoys mentoring and consulting for and with new fitness professionals, and has been called the fitness guidance counselor for clients, colleagues and staff.

With over 20 years in the industry, Elizabeth is known for explosive intervals, electric coaching, and innovative programming. Elizabeth thrives on creating a group experience. She amplifies performance and increase base levels via HITT, stength training and indoor cycling, while inspiring flow and rejuvination through dance and mind/body. Robert Linkul is the owner of Be STRONGER Fitness, a personal training studio for older adults in Sacramento, California and the owner of TrainingTheOlderAdult.com, an online continued education provider for fitness professionals. Robert is an internationally known presenter known for his teachings on resistance training strategies for the Older Adult with physical limitations and/or a decreased quality of life. Linkul has his master’s degree in sports science with an emphasis in personal training, is the NSCA’s 2012 Personal Trainer of the Year award winner and a 2017 NSCA Fellowship inductee.
Stefania Manfredi from Turin, Italy is the co-inventor of the Acquapole® method with Monica Spagnuolo

Stefania has degree in Physical Education with a Master in Sport Psychology. She has managed the fitness instructors in a swimming facility in Turin, Italy for over 10 years. Stefania  has worked for many years with a team of syncronized  swimming  as a coach. She was a swimming athlete herself. She has a own pilates center, specialized in pilates classes and personal training.  Since 2010 overlooks and develops Acquapole worldwide trainings and events. Stefania tests personally all Acquapole® protocols and has trained more than 1000 aqua fitness instructors.

Jenice Mattek, a licensed Clinical Massage Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, and Certified Integrative Movement Specialist, specializes in educating and treating women who have had surgery and struggle with chronic tightness, discomfort, and inability to perform at the level they need and want. She is the co-author of What Lies Beneath: The Under-Realized Effects of Breast, Abdominal and Pelvic Surgeries, the first book to specifically discuss the impact of surgery and trauma on posture, movement, and pain. Jenice lectures around the world creating awareness of the impact of surgery by teaching health and fitness professionals who work with women post-surgery. Jenice’s mission is to educate and empower women so they take control of their health and can successfully return to the activities of life that they need, want, and love to do.
Pete McCall is the host of the All About Fitness podcast, author of several articles, textbook chapters and the book Smarter Workouts: the Science of Exercise Made Simple. In addition, Pete holds a MS in exercise science and has been educating fitness professionals since 2002. Currently Pete lives in Carlsbad, CA where he is a consultant for Core Health & Fitness, Terra Core Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, the American Council on Exercise and a coach for the Coastal Dragons rugby club
Alex McLean has been teaching group fitness since 1995. He started as a dancer and master class presenter for the Reebok® Performance Team and Nike® Culture Shock. Currently, Alex is an educator for three global brands: Strong by Zumba™, TRX® and Schwinn® Cycling. He was a featured master trainer for the Strong by Zumba™ consumer DVD and has appeared in video and print projects for TRX®, Under Armour® and Total Gym®.  Alex is certified in group fitness and personal training by ACE, AFAA and NASM.
Sherri McMillan holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and was awarded the 2010 International CanFitPro Fitness Presenter of the Year, 2006 IDEA Program Director of the Year, Inaugural IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year, & 1998 CanFitPro Canadian Fitness Presenter of the Year. Tricia Murphy-Madden is a 28 year veteran instructor and education director. Tricia is the National Education Director for Savvier Fitness and the co-creator of Barre Above & the Weight Loss Challenge with over 85 master trainers and over 8000 trained instructors worldwide. She’s a two-time finalist for the IDEA Fitness Leader of the Year Award and SCW Presenter of the Year winner for the years 2017 & 2018. For many years, she was also the Fitness Director for Denali Fitness in Seattle, WA. She is the co-author and creator of a children’s book and fitness program called, The ABC’s of Exercise sold worldwide. Tricia sits on the IDEA Group Fitness Committee and is known for her numerous programs developed over the past 28 years. Bruce Mylrea/ BA in Economics / ECornell certified in Plant Based Nutrition / AFPA certified Holistic Nutritional Councilor. He spends hours each day reviewing the latest in unbiased nutritional research. Bruce is focused and passionate in educating others on the life enhancing and life extending benefits of whole food plant based nutrition. Bruce is the SCW male presenter of the year for 2017 and also 2017 Life Time Achievement Award for CanFitPro. Bruce and Mindy have worked together for 11 years in the fitness and wellness industry and present both fitness programming and nutritional education together.
